Annual meeting 2025

The AAVolution consortium recently gathered in Italy for its annual meeting, hosted at the Telethon Institute of Genetics and Medicine (TIGEM) in Pozzuoli. The meeting brought together all project partners for a comprehensive overview of the project’s progress, coordinated by Prof. Alberto Auricchio.

Following an introduction and general project update, partners presented and discussed key results from the past year, sharing data from ongoing experimental activities and aligning on priorities across work packages. The session also provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen collaboration, review timelines and milestones, and identify synergies to support the project’s next steps.

The Project Management Team concluded the meeting by outlining upcoming activities in the short, mid, and long term, including the main objectives, technical approaches, and opportunities to further expand consortium-wide impact.
